The Ceremony Pass and Pro are one-time purchases, not a subscription. There is no renewal, no card kept on file, and nothing that bills again on its own. A purchase unlocks that one ceremony’s capacity for good.
We refund a purchase at any time before the ceremony starts its show, that is, before the reveal begins. Up to that moment a refund is no questions asked.
One honest asterisk: the card processor keeps its processing fee from the original charge even when the money comes back, so the refund is the amount you paid minus that fee. It is a small percentage plus a few cents. On a Ceremony Pass the deduction is well under a dollar.
Once the ceremony has started, the purchase is final. The pass is spent the moment the show begins, because its extra categories and seats have already been used to run the night. For the same reason, how the evening itself goes is not grounds for a refund. A rowdy crowd, a controversial winner, or a party that fizzled is show business, not a defect in the pass.
Find the charge in Receipts and press request a refund. The form already knows which purchase you mean and which address paid, so there is nothing to describe and nothing to look up. A note about why is welcome and entirely optional.
If you would rather write to a person, email hello@yearlies.app with the ceremony’s name or join code and the address used at checkout. Both routes reach the same place.
Either way a human reads it. We process refunds by hand, we reply either way, and we aim to do it within a couple of business days. Sending a request charges nothing, cancels nothing, and does not touch the ceremony it paid for.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who handles the charge, the receipt, and the refund itself once we approve it. Their name will appear on your statement and receipt email, not ours.
